Belinda McCone (Bee)

My passion is fitness, adventure & coaching and for the last seven years I have been successfully coaching clients to help them achieve their goals. I am constantly upskilling and educating myself on what is going to improve race day performance for my athletes.

Over the last ten years my races have been of the Adventure & Multisport nature but basically I love anything that challenges me and that I can do with friends & family!

In 2021 I won my division in the Longest Day Coast to Coast. I have competed in GODZone, Chapter 7, 8 and 9, completing full course in the last two. Spring Challenge seems to be a regular, competing in the 9hr for six years running and finishing in the top 3 in 2019 & 2020.

I am a qualified personal trainer & health coach. These qualifications help me to ensure my strength & conditioning programmes are spot on, plus I can educate and support clients to meet their health & fitness goals.
