3hr, 6hr or 9hr plans

Full team access. Full team accountability. I have competed in the 9hr Spring Challenge for the last 6 years, including finishing top 3 in 2019 & 2020. With my knowledge & experience I write highly effective programmes. Time restraints are always a massive hurdle so a programme will ensure you train effectively with the time you have available.

  • 30min team Zoom call before writing programme

  • 20min pre-race team Zoom call to discuss race day tips & nutrition

  • Keep each team member accountable as you all log completed workouts online

  • Recreational or competitive

  • Personalised programme written towards your teams current fitness & race goals

  • Written online using Training Peaks

  • Individualised team strength component if required


    12 weeks $250 ($7 per week for a 3 person team).

    8 weeks $200 ($8 per week for a 3 person team).
