If your programme is fairly similar each week but you need accountability & guidance to make sure you are doing the appropriate training for your fitness level then this is the plan for you.
Option B
You want a programme with periodisation written with a goal in mind but don’t need me checking up on you.
$20 per week
$80 start up fee for new clients
