Written 4 weeks at a time online using Training Peaks
Fluid programme (ability to modify the programme as we go)
Athletes are required to upload each workout into Training Peaks
Initial consultation either in person or over the phone (usually 45-60mins) where we will talk about your goals & how I am going to help you achieve them
Strength & conditioning component if required
Nutrition advice for training and racing
Post-race debrief
