  • Highly personalised program 

  • Periodisation ensuring you reach the best possible performance for the most important race on your calendar

  • Written 4 weeks at a time online using Training Peaks 

  • Fluid programme (ability to modify the programme as we go)

  • Athletes are required to upload each workout into Training Peaks

  • Initial consultation either in person or over the phone (usually 45-60mins) where we will talk about your goals & how I am going to help you achieve them 

  • Strength & conditioning component if required

  • Nutrition advice for training and racing

  • Post-race debrief


    $40/week – limited spaces

    $80 start up fee for new clients
